Course overview and goals

This course (physical training) facilitates students' ability of sports-related basic skills, in order to actively participate in sports and to understand a role of sports activity for development of wellness. In lack of basic skills, none can participate in and enjoy sports in safe.

Course description and aims

Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
(4) learning sports manners and rules
