Course overview and goals
This course consists of practice of necessary physical exercise and understanding of the theory for physical fitness.
This class aims to enrich your health and physical fitness through a online class using Zoom. The guidance will be held at the first class, and the more detail information will be provided on how to conduct this class.
Course description and aims
Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
(4) learning sports manners and rules

Class 6 | Biomechanical analysis of squat, push up, and sit up training. | Recognize muscle training for health |
Class 7 | Reaction time, cooperation of a reflective nerve, a balance of arm and hand of space recognition, concentration, the position and influence, a hand and an eye, rhythm and timing as well as coordination movement, such as, a wide skill trains. | Coordination training (Juggling/juggling by a soccer ball/ / juggle with a golf club) |
