Syllabus

Course overview and goals

For professional human resources sought by society, the ability to manage projects and organizations as well as deep expertise, and leadership skills are indispensable. The difficulty of management is that human intervention exists. People do not move like machines. Leadership can not be demonstrated if "insight into human beings" is insufficient. Leadership is what learns and polishes and grabs. In this class, we aim to master basic theory and practical methods of management and leadership.

Course description and aims

Learn the following abilities by taking this course.
① It has basic knowledge of management and can deeply consider real solution of problem
② I can act to raise my own leadership skill
③ Vocational guidance can be done from the perspective of career development

Lecturer has an experience of research on Management, Organizational Development and Talent Development at the Japan Management Association (Non-profit organization for Management Development).
In this course, lecturer will run the class based on his experience.
