Course overview and goals
The Intermediate Chinese is a course for those who have learnt Chinese for one year . What we hope is to improve their ability to speak , to listen and to read Chinese .
Course description and aims
At the end of this course, students will be able to reach the third grade of the Test of Chinese Proficiency(CHUKEN),or the fourth grade~fifth grade of the Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK).

Class flow
The instructor will explain the grammatical phenomena of the text to the learners , and let them make sentences , so that the instructor can find , whether they understood what they were taught or not . And this helps them to improve their language skills of reading .The drills of the textbook can make the learners better their skills of speaking and listening .

Study advice (preparation and review)
To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 30 minutes preparing for class and another 30 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
