Course overview and goals
This course is intended for students who have completed French: intermediate course 2 or have an equivalent competence in French language. Instruction will be based on the communicative approach with activities designed to develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. The course will also introduce students to French and Francophone cultures through various materials including audiovisual tools. In ''Intermediate course 3'', students will improve their knowledge of French grammar and vocabulary as well as their ability to communicate in daily life.
The aim of this course is to help students develop their basic skills of the French language, which will serve as an introduction to French and Francophone cultures.

3. Enjoy and appreciate French and Francophone cultures.

Class flow
At the beginning of each lesson, the instructor explains the main points of the day, using the textbook. Students are given exercise problems and communicative activities related to what is taught on that day. Attendance is taken in every class.

Study advice (preparation and review)
To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
They should do so by referring to textbooks and other course material.
