Course overview and goals

The goal is to think about “desirable future society” in 2050. Imagine “daily life” and “ways of working” in the future based on the premise of scientific and technological progress. In addition to lectures, group work will be used. This year, we will especially focus on how to create a society and future without “bullying,” “harassment,” and “insecurity. The main goal of this year's project is to have students make their own proposals. In conjunction with the “Zero Bullying Project” of Institute of SCIENCE TOKYO, we will conduct a practical class in which students participate by utilizing technology. A unique feature of this class is that people working on the front lines of business will participate in every class. This is a future-oriented class in which students and business people mix.
