Course overview and goals

Lecture in Japanese in 2024 academic year.
The purpose of the course is learn why disputes occurs and how we solve them, focusing on "Civil Procedure Law".
In this course students will study about laws of Civil Dispute Resolution. Laws students learn are Basics of Civil Procedure Law, Civil execution Law and ADR, Bankruptcy Law.

Based on the understanding of Law A course, Study about Civil dispute resolution through theoretical analyses and case studies.

Based on lecturer's experience as a researcher at the software protection institution, students can practically understand justice system including international dispute resolution.

Based on the knowledge of civil law, study about the civil procedure law and civil dispute resolution.
According to contents of TEXT BOOK, students will join in discussion in classes.
Welcome both Japanese and foreign students.

Class 6 Claim, Pretrial preparation, Trial understand regulation on claims and trial
Class 7 Evidence and Examination of Evidence evidence
Class 8 Judgment and Enforcement of Judgment understand the effect of judgment
Class 9 Cost of disputes Resolution, Law and Society, Law and Economics learn about dispute resolution in social and economic aspects
