Syllabus

Course overview and goals

In this course, students will learn the basic knowledge and applied case studies necessary for productivity analysis of countries, regions, and companies. Students will understand the methods and characteristics of productivity analysis, how to handle data and how to read the results, and develop their understanding based on case studies.
The aim of this course is to understand the methods of productivity analysis using data from countries, regions, companies, etc., and the framework for evaluation, and to acquire basic knowledge and applied skills that can be used in actual analysis.

The objectives of this course are as follows
(1) To understand the basics of productivity analysis.
(2) To understand the framework for productivity analysis using data of companies.
(3) To acquire basic knowledge for conducting productivity analysis using data of companies.
