Syllabus
Course overview and goals
This course lectures on the management of intellectual property in corporate R&D and business development. It explains how to incorporate intellectual property strategies in the planning and implementation of R&D strategies and in the development and implementation of new businesses, based on case studies, as well as exercises and discussions.
Course description and aims
By completing this course, students will acquire the following competences:
1) Basic knowledge of the management of intellectual property in R&D and business development,
2) How to operationalise intellectual property management in the planning and implementation of R&D and business development strategies.
