Course overview and goals
To learn basic and practical methods in architectural planning and design of public facilities.
The public facilities include hospitals, school, library, university campus, welfare facility, museum, theatre, and complexes.

To acquire basic skills for architectural planning and design of public facilities.

Lectures are designed based on my experiences as planner of School plan for children, University campus plan, Town-development (Machizukuri) plan.

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
