Course overview and goals

To contribute to the progresses in enginerring in the fields of human health, medicine, and environment, comprehensive understanding of research topics in the life engineering course is necessary. In this course, students learn approaches to acquire knowledge in interdiciplinary fields and skills for issue resolution through various activities in several laboratories.

Course description and aims

By taking this course, students will acquire basic skills to understand reaearch topics in other fields. Through research and issue solving activities in various laboratory, students will be able to pioneer new research fields by combining their experiences obtained during this course.

Class flow

Students perform lab work in other laboratories (1 week) under the supervision of faculties and doctoral course students. The period should be in the 1st or 3rd quarter.

Course schedule/Objectives

Course schedule Objectives
Class 1 Students receive orientation on research content in each laboratory. After that, the student conducts research and submits a report under the guidance of the faculty and doctoral student. Students will do the assignments given in their laboratory and submit reports on the results.
