Course overview and goals
Doctor course students work to complete a doctoral thesis based on advanced expertise. In order to obtain achievements in a limited term, it is quite important to conduct research systematically and confirm the progress regularly. And also, to be able to express clearly the points of the work is needed for a researcher or an engineer.
The purpose of this course is to acquire presentation and communication skills that can communicate cutting-edge research to the outside world by giving oral presentations on the degree of achievement of the doctoral thesis research plan and the status of preparation for completion of the doctoral program, and by having discussion with researchers in other fields.
Course description and aims
By completing this course, students will be able to:
1) Create a research agenda and plan by oneself.
2) Express clearly the points of the research in a presentation.
3) Develop an advanced discussion with other researchers in different fields.
