Course overview and goals
International collaboration is a crucial aspect of Earth and planetary sciences. To disseminate one’s research findings globally as a researcher or to work internationally as an engineer in the private sector, improving English communication skills is essential. This course aims to equip students with the ability to communicate on topics related to Earth and planetary sciences in English through self-planned English learning and/or practice in English presentations. International students who are already fluent in English can earn credit by studying academic Japanese.

Class flow
