Course overview and goals
In this course, students need to be able to prove the results equivalent to the Leadership Development Courses designed by TAC-MI on an evidence basis. The TAC-MI Program Staff confirms this and evaluates the results. For example, it is conceivable to submit, in the form of an essay, leadership experience gained through job functions and one's own thoughts on leadership. Instead of being limited to these examples, it is also possible for the Program Staff to impose and evaluate an issue that has been agreed in advance by both parties on the content that can confirm the results related to the leadership achievements.
This lecture is designed to allow adult doctoral students * to acquire necessary credits in the following points.
-Demonstrate that they have acquired the necessary Leadership Development Courses equivalent learning skills required by TAC-MI through their work activities.
* In addition, the term “adult doctoral student” here means the following human resources.
-It does not mean students who belong to organizations such as companies at the moment.
-It means that Program Staff can determine whether students have the skills equivalent to the Leadership Development Courses they need to acquire through their current career education, based on the student's work activities, experience, and achievements so far.
Course description and aims
