Course overview and goals
The aim of this course is to help students learn how to gather information about job hunting in Japan and to conduct corporate research. In addition, students are expected to conduct self-analysis and think about their own career path.
Course description and aims
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) gather information about job hunting;
2) conduct self-analysis;
3) express their motivation for the job or the company they are applying for in Japanese;
4) draw up their curriculum vitae in Japanese.

Class flow
In every lesson, one or two students will be assgined to summarize the topics chosen from a monthly journal. Exercises will be conducted on vocabulary and grammar appeared in the materials.

Study advice (preparation and review)
To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.

Assessment will be conducted based on students' attendance(28%),homework(32%), presentations(20%), and a curriculum vitae (20%).
