Course overview and goals

【 Training(Zoom)】
1) Introducing training that can be done even in a limited space using Zoom.
2) We aim to "maintain and improve mental health" by valuing "moving the body" and "mutual relationships between students"even when life is restricted.

Course description and aims

Studetns will able to :
1) acquire knowledge and practice necessary for physical and mental health, and care his/her health by themselves.
2) acquire basic skills and exhibit them during game as to enjoy the sports event.
3) have an understanding the usefullness of the sports event to use the sports event for life-long sports.

Class 2 Monitor your current physical condition. Combining aerobic and anaerobic exercise (1)
Class 3 Perform the operation carefully. Combining aerobic and anaerobic exercise (2)
Class 4 See the reaction of your body. Increase the variety of training methods.
Class 5 Train your core. Combining aerobic and anaerobic exercise (3)
Class 6 Pursue effective training. Consider the structure of the training program.
Class 7 Repeat accurate operation Increase the variety of training methods.

Evaluation methods and criteria

Students will be assessed by the commitment score (40%), the skill score (20%), the understanding (comprehension) score of rules and safety instruction (20%), and the practice score (20%).
