Other
You must prepare the necessary attire on your own. You are expected to participate at home or elsewhere, but you are required to wear attire suitable for exercise (no shoes required, jeans and sweater are not allowed) .
Instead of dumbbells, we will be making weights using PET bottles, so you will need two to six 2-liter bottles, duct tape, and string. The bottle can be used before or after use, while a lid is necessary since it contains water.
You can buy dumbbells or water-filled dumbbells at a 100-yen store. You will need to adjust the weight depending on what kind of movement you will do. I recommend that you purchase them, if you like, after attending the first class.
