Course overview and goals

Following "Lectures by Business Leaders I", students hear the talk about philosophy and method of management from the speaker who has the experience of handling a company as an excellent top manager, after surveying the speaker's personality, profile and achievements as the group work.
Students Learn the attitudes and perspectives of as a manager.

Understand the thinking way and decision making with responsibility of the excellent leaders when the the organization faced to the significant problems.
