Course overview and goals

This course (Badminton) facilitates students’ ability of establishing the habit of regular physical exercise and understanding the significance of physical fitness, mental health, self-regulation, and management as a member of a group.

Course description and aims

Students will be able to:
(1) acquire advanced skills and exhibit skills needed during a game/match.,
(2) regularly engage in exercise by him/herself, in order to maintain good condition,
(3) assess others' skills and give him/her appropriate advice as to exhibit leadership.
