Course overview and goals
The purpose of this class is to instill the habit of physical activity through the game of basketball.
Students will
learn the basic techniques of basketball and learn how to manage a safe game.
understand that there is more to basketball skills than just scoring points.
work on individually selected tasks from all aspects of play.
acquire knowledge on prevention of heat stroke during sports activities.

Students be able to :
1) enjoy playing basketball by learning and teaching each other the basic skills of the game.
2) create a safe environment for playing basketball.
3) get the physical strength needed for basketball.

Basketball experience is not required.
The technical evaluation will be based on how the students approach the tasks they set.
If face-to-face classes cannot be held, online classes will be held on topics such as improving physical fitness and skills in basketball, and the joys of watching games.
