Syllabus

Course overview and goals

This course (tennis) facilitates students' ability of sports-related basic skill, in order to activity participate in sports and to understand a role of sports activity for development of wellness. In lack of basic skill, none can participate inand enjoy sports in safe.

Course description and aims

Studetns will able to :
1) acquire knowledge and practice necessary for physical and mental health, and care his/her health by themselves.
2) acquire basic skills and exhibit them during game as to enjoy the sports event.
3) have an understanding the usefullness of the sports event to use the sports event for life-long sports.
