Course overview and goals
To obtain the knowledge of educational administration and finance some lectures and group discussions will be offered.
The topics covered by this class may change upon request from the students.
Course description and aims
To obtain the knowledge of educational administration and finance the students will consider and analyze how the national and local governments are managing to organize educational resources such as human resources, facilities and equipment, and money.

The lecturer has eight years experience of the practical work concerning university evaluation when he was engaged in National Institution for Academic Degrees and University Evaluation (now National Institution for Academic Degrees and Quality Enhancement of Higher Education). This experience was used for the explanation of educational administration and policies.
