Course overview and goals
The aim of this seminar is to help students acquire an understanding of the basic concepts of Psychology. The main goal of this seminar is acquaint you with having an more in-depth understanding of "mind" through reading literatures and attending conferences.

Course description and aims
Students will acquire the fundamentals of psychological-scientific thinking methods through reading literatures, presentations, discussions and attending conferences.

Class flow
We will have a seminar every Monday's 7-8 Period. Students will read several literatures, make presentations and attend the seminar or conference in the field of psychology according to their own interests.
This year students will attend psychology-related conferences (The 42nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Physiological Psychology and Psychophysiology, JSPP2024, to be held at the Shiseido Global Innovation Center) and research meetings held during the 1st and 2nd quarters.
Class: Face-to-face in the classroom.
