Syllabus
Course overview and goals
Explain meanings of corporate finance and its task or problem. In order to increase corporate value, I will explain finance and finance related matters. For the improvement of corporate value, how to manage companies would be main target from the point of corporate finance. As for current movement, I will explain digital currency movement.
I hope every student understands how interesting corporate finance is.
