Students hear the talk about philosophy and method of management from the speaker who has the experience of handling a company as an excellent top manager, after surveying the speaker's personality, profile and achievements as the group work.

Understand the thinking way and decision making with responsibility of the excellent leaders when the the organization faced to the significant problems.
