Syllabus

Course overview and goals

Leaders of innovative business units in companies, practitioners who have achieved innovative results, and entrepreneurs are invited to lecture on the businesses they are promoting and the results they have achieved so far. Attendants then organise issues through pre-assignments and presentations, and refine their own ideas through discussions with the lecturers.

Learn about the mindset of those who are innovative and outstanding achievers, then gain own ideas.

The lectures are organised by a lecturer with the practical background and are mainly given by external lecturers with a wealth of practical experience.

Class flow

All lectures will be conducted online and each lecture will be conducted in two consecutive classes:
17:15-17:30 Introduction
17:30-18:30 Group presentations of the pre-assignment and clarification
18:30-19:30 External lecturer's speech
19:30-20:30 Q&A, discussion

Evaluation methods and criteria

Pre-assignment (50%) and lecture contribution (50%). The final report is not required. Grades are based on pass/fail rather than scores.
