Course overview and goals
This course focuses on the theoretical aspects and analysis methods of Water Environmental Flow with free water surface. Topics include "surface wave caused on the water surface" and "numerical methods to analysis them". In addition to lectures on the theoretical aspects, students will learn how to analyze flow with computational simulations thorough some computer practices.
Course description and aims
By the end of this course, student will be able to:
I. Understand the physical features and analysis method of "surface wave of water".
II. Understand the numerical method to analyze the flow with surface wave of water.
III. Acquire skills to conduct a numerical analysis through a computational practice of coding of "surface wave of water".
Keywords

Study advice (preparation and review)
To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
They should do so by referring to textbooks and other course material.
