Course overview and goals
In order to achieve the goals set in the Independent Special Research Project, students will proactively plan and carry out experiments and analyses, while also engaging in activities in other laboratories, internships, or overseas study if necessary. Furthermore, they will utilize the methods and logical thinking acquired during the Bachelor's Special Research Project to analyze the results and solve problems. Throughout the research period, students will acquire advanced knowledge and experimental and analytical techniques in the field of life science and engineering. They will also develop the ability to effectively organize and present their research findings
Course description and aims
1. The ability to plan and conduct experiments and analyses for the assigned research topic
2. The ability to interpret results, formulate hypotheses, conduct further experiments and analyses, and solve problems using logical thinking
3. Advanced knowledge and experimental/analytical techniques in the field of life science and engineering
4. The ability to effectively explain and express one's own ideas
