Course overview and goals
Students participate international research meetings held in Japan or abroad such as international conferences, workshops, and
open seminars, and have presentations and debate in a language other than their mother language. Through this experience, students are expected to acquire academic presentation and discussion skills necessary for working in an international setting as a researcher at the front line.

Class flow
Students make a plan in advance for presentations and debates, rehearsing under the guidance of their academic supervisor. During the assignment students have to not only make their own presentation, but also actively debate with other attendees about research.

Prerequisites
Registration is limited only to students who have the credit of "MCS.T601 : Presentation Exercises on Mathematical and Computing Science I". Predefined application form has to be submitted no later than two weeks before the presentation. In addition, a debrief report in a predefined form has to be submitted no later then three weeks after the actual presentation. For details, refer to the following link.
