Course overview and goals
Learn the effects of radiation on human health, radiation measurement and risk communication through lectures, experiments and exercises.
Course description and aims
Understand the mechanisms of the radiation health effects and its relationship with radiation dose. Based on this knowledge, acquire an ability to communicate with public on low dose radiation risk.

Class flow
Lectures, experiments and exercises take place in Institute of Radiological Sciences, National Institutes for Quantum and Radiological Science and Technology for 8 days (For FY2022, February 22 to March 3, 2023) with students from other universities and institutes. Note this class will be provided in Japanese.
