Course overview and goals
This is an introductory course of researches in the field of earth and planetary sciences. Courses that students have taken thus far are mainly basic lectures and practicum. Through this course students will be exposed to diverse and cutting-edge researches in earth and planetary sciences for the first time.
Course description and aims
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) understand research activities in a particular field, and acquire basic technique to pursue their own researches for graduation theses.
2) know research activities in various fields of earth and planetary sciences through attending EPS seminar.

Class flow
Colloquia related with graduation theses will be held in each laboratory. Students are also required to attend EPS seminar held at the department.
