Course overview and goals

[summary] Participate in the paper reading program held at each research group, discuss on the papers in specific field.
It consists of high-standard seminars, exercises, experiments which are in adequate level for the doctor course.
[aim] foster the skill in reading, understanding, and knowledge in language.
Learn the good way of presentation and be trained for the debates.
