Course overview and goals
This course aims to foster the basic knowledge and experience required in hosting international conferences.
Course description and aims
Students are expected to form a committee group and organize, prepare and carry out an international meeting.

Class flow
Students prepare a proposal for the meeting and ask judge for eligibility.
If it is approved, the students are expected to organize the meeting.

Class 1 | Students are required to organize themselves, i.e. sharing the tasks, choosing the speakers, making agenda, announce of the meeting via poster, email, managing the meeting, chairing the meeting. In principle, English will be used as a 1st common language. | After the meeting, the students are required to report the outcomes and expenditure of the meeting. |

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
They should do so by referring to textbooks and other course material.
