Course overview and goals

【Badminton】
Badminton will be used as a teaching material in this class. No matter what your experience or age (grade), students who can actively participate in the class are encouraged to take the class. The class will be developed to enjoy the game of badminton while training to improve badminton skills. The class also aims to improve skills, knowledge, and physical fitness so that students can take up badminton as a lifelong sport in the future. Communication, cooperation, and social skills will be developed through group work in pairs and groups in class.

Course description and aims

Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
(4) learning sports manners and rules
