Course overview and goals
This course introduces on health-related theories, remarks and observations, in order to think and judge what is good for health and to understand underlying mechanisms.
Course description and aims
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) Have an understanding of basic sciences related to health-related and biological sciences.
2) Design a preferable lifestyle based on scientific evidence.
3) Using health-related knowledge, tackle practical health issues by applying knowledge acquired through this course.
