Course overview and goals
This course focuses on the fundamental aspects of polymer reaction and polymer structure. This course focuses on the fundamental aspects of (1)polymer reaction (Polymer Chemistry III, IV) and (2) polymer structure (Polymer Physics I, II).Students can understand the corresponding field from exercising the problems.
Course description and aims
With the former half classes students will lean to do the followings;
1.The cross-linking reactions and synthesis and properties of network polymers.
2.The methods and charactristics of polymer reactions.
3. The degaradation of polymers and gels and the mechanism of enzymic reactions.
4. The synthesis of functional polymers by means of polymer reaction.
With the latter half ones, the followings will be mastered;
1. Polymer solid structures
2. Methods of Polymer solid structure analysis
3. Crystallization kinetics and thermal properties of polymer crystals
4. Structure analysis of polymer crystals by X-ray diffraction
