Course overview and goals
The aim of this course presented by a science professor having the license of patent attorney is to provide the opportunity for basic understanding about the Japanese intellectual property (IP) legal system including patent-law, copyright-law,etc. with the science and engineering student as a target. Students will have an ability to solve the practical IP-related problems in future innovation works by applying fundamental knowledge on IP system acquired through this course.

At the end of this course, students will be able to basically understand about the Japanese intellectual property (IP) legal system including patent-law, copyright-law,etc.
