Course overview and goals

A series of lectures on cutting-edge issues in solving real-world problems and realizing super smart society will be provided to master-course and doctor-course students enrolled in the WISE (World-leading Innovative & Smart Education) program for Super Smart Society, in cooperation with the Super Smart Society Promotion Consortium. *** The lectures will be provided by on-demand videos in Japanese with English subtitles. ***

Course description and aims

Students will be able to explain IoT, smart robotics, smart cities, etc. which use the latest communication and digital technologies, with actual examples.

Study advice (preparation and review)

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterward (including assignments) for each class.
