授業の目的（ねらい）、概要

学生は、英語５、英語６、英語７のうち、いずれか1科目の単位を取得する必要がある。英語７は旧７学期（４年次１〜２Q）に開講され、英語５、英語６の単位を取得できなかった学生が履修する科目である。なお、この科目は旧課程の科目なので、セメスター制で開講される。

TOEIC形式の問題演習を通じて、語彙や文法の知識を強化し、総合的な英語の運用能力の向上を目指す。

到達目標

コース終了時には、学生は語彙や文法の知識を強化し、聴解力、読解力を中心とした総合的な英語の運用能力を向上させることができる。

授業の進め方

教科書を使ってTOEIC形式の問題演習を行ない、様々な状況における英語の運用能力向上を図る。語彙の増強を目指し、毎回小テストを実施する。

成績評価の方法及び基準

授業での評価とTOEICスコアの両方を成績判定の対象とする。合格の成績は一律６０点である。詳細はオリエンテーションで説明する。
