Course overview and goals
This course aims to educate students on cutting-edge research in the
psychology of leadership. Students will learn the 5R (Readying, Reflecting,
Representing, Realizing, and Reporting) tools of Identity Leadership and
analyze a real-life world leadership situation through this lens, which they will
report on in a short presentation and discussion at a symposium to which we
will invite a leadership psychologist researcher as an online keynote speaker.
