Course overview and goals
This class aims to enrich your health and physical fitness through enjoying soccer games. If you are students of Tokyo Tech, you can register and get the course credit of this class. If you do not need the course credit and just want to enjoy playing soccer, you can come and play anytime you want.
Course description and aims
Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
(4) learning sports manners and rules
