Course overview and goals
The purpose of "teaching" is to provide some knowledge or advice for students. Unlike teaching, the purpose of "coaching" is to extract various ideas and action choices from the students themselves, thorough the dialogue of questioning and listening.
Innovation is born from "explorative dialogue" (dialogue), not from "lonely thinking" (monologue). In this lecture, we aim to practically learn and enhance "dialogue power" by using the foundation of "coaching".
More specifically, using the foundation of this coaching method, we learn practical skills such as listening skills, question skills, goal setting, feedback, acknowledgment, accountability, team building and vision making.
