Course overview and goals

This course facilitates students' understandings of corporate transformation.
Firstly, the concept and real examples of corporate transformation will be presented. Secondly, the course will focus on three topics. These are -Business model, Value creation, and Work style. The students will be asked to read research papers and make an in-class presentation.

Study advice (preparation and review)

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
They should do so by referring to textbooks and other course material.

Students’ course scores are based on student presentations(60%) and discussion contributions(40%).
