Course overview and goals
This course provides the way to develop leadership that enables new business creation. The students can learn the essence of leadership, the development process of global leaders, how to generate Ba (shared context) for Human Resource Development, and desirable leadership.
Course description and aims
The goal of this course is to understand the essence of leadership and the development process of global leaders in organizational contexts. Students can take the effective actions about leader and human resource development as entrepreneurs.

Class flow
Firstly, students learn the definition and essence of leadership.
Secondly, students learn the development process of global leaders.
Thirdly, students learn the way to generate Ba (shared context) for Human Resource Development in organizational contexts.
Fourthly, students learn the models of desirable leaders through case discussions.
At the end of the course, each student gives a presentation and receives comments.

Study advice (preparation and review)
To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
