Course overview and goals

In this course, you will practice table tennis, but in the 2nd quarter (2Q), we will have lectures online. In the 1st to 4th class, you will learn about muscles and heat stroke and practice strength trainings. From the 5th to 7th class, you will have assignments regarding table tennis.

Course description and aims

Students will be able to:
(1) explain muscles and heat stroke.
(2) practice strength trainings.
(3) explain training methods for table tennis.
