Course overview and goals
In this course, you will practice basketball, but in the 2nd quarter (2Q), we will have lectures online. In the 1st to 4th class, you will learn about muscles and heat stroke and practice strength trainings. From the 5th to 7th class, you will have assignments regarding basketball.

Students will be able to:
(1) explain muscles and heat stroke.
(2) practice strength trainings.
(3) explain training methods forbasketball.
