Course overview and goals

This class aims to enrich your health and physical fitness through an online class using Zoom. The guidance will be held at the first class, and the more detail information will be provided on how to conduct this class.

Course description and aims

Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
(4) learning sports manners and rules
