Course description and aims

Students will learn basic skills such that they are able to accurately demonstrate basic skills in games, and enjoy those sports.
The aim of this course is for students to experience one of the life-long sports and understand "body knowledge" that can be leveraged for maintaining and improving health, and contribute to vitalization of spaces.

Class 6 Advanced practice, games, and developing own practice Estimation of your skill and ability by yourself and development of your training schedule
Class 7 Understanding cultural background and human body Searching of the cultural background of your sport.
