Syllabus
Course overview and goals
This course (muscular training) facilitates students' ability of basic skills in movements of weight training and movements in daily life. The training includes sit-ups, back stretching, bench press, and arm curl in addition to several training events each student picks up. Beginners are welcome.
Course description and aims
Students will be able to :
(1) acquire the name and functions of skeletal muscles, and knowledge about muscle contraction.
(2) regularly engage in exercise by him/herself, in order to maintain good condition,

More than 10% increase in maximal weight lift (in this case 10RM) in bench press or arm curl is required at the second measurement, compared to the first measurement. If the increase is less than 10%, submitting report is required.
