Course overview and goals

Learn basic health and exercise methods to lead an active daily living with health and exercise in mind.

Course description and aims

Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
(4) learning sports manners and rules

Class 2 Exercise under hot environment Practice of walking or Jogging
Class 3 Correct posture and stretch Practice of self-check and stretch
Class 4 Core stability Practice of various exercises
Class 5 Functional anatomy of upper limb, lower limb and trunk Resistance training: squat / push up / sit up
Class 6 Biomechanical analysis of squat, push up, and sit up training Resistance training: squat / push up / sit up
Class 7 Coordinate your body Coordination training: Juggling/juggling by a soccer ball/ juggle with a golf club
